Refund & Cancellation Policy

Information about cancellations, returns and refunds for products and services provided by MONDAL GLOBAL TRADE CORPORATION.

Last Updated: 5 August 2026

Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and returns are handled by MONDAL GLOBAL TRADE CORPORATION (“MGTC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This policy applies, where relevant, to professional services, digital services, recurring services, ecommerce purchases and products sold through mondalglobal.com.

Different terms may apply where a quotation, proposal, service agreement, order confirmation or third-party marketplace specifies different conditions. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

01

Service Cancellations Before Work Begins

Requests to cancel a professional or digital service before work has started will be reviewed case-by-case. Depending on the circumstances, MGTC may approve a full refund, partial refund or another reasonable resolution.

Factors we may consider include:

  • Nature of the service
  • Work already scheduled
  • Resources reserved for the project
  • Administrative work already performed
  • Third-party expenses already incurred
  • Terms contained in the applicable quotation or proposal

Customers should submit cancellation requests as soon as possible after deciding not to proceed.

02

Cancellations After Work Has Started

Once work on a project or service has started, payments are generally non-refundable. Work is considered to have started when MGTC has begun activities such as:

  • Project planning
  • Research
  • Campaign preparation
  • Account configuration
  • Design or development
  • Technical setup
  • Content preparation
  • Email campaign setup
  • Consulting
  • Procurement of project resources
  • Other work related to the agreed scope

Exceptions may be considered at MGTC’s discretion or where required by applicable law.

03

Completed Services

Services that have been substantially completed, delivered or accepted are generally non-refundable.

However, MGTC may consider refund or resolution requests in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision will be made based on factors including:

  • Nature of the issue
  • Work delivered
  • Applicable proposal or agreement
  • Whether the agreed service was materially delivered
  • Applicable legal obligations

Approval of a refund in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same result in other situations.

04

Recurring Services

MGTC may provide recurring services including email marketing, digital marketing, SEO, website maintenance, IT support, consulting and other ongoing services.

Customers who wish to cancel recurring services should request cancellation before the next billing date. Where cancellation is received before the next billing cycle, future billing may be stopped according to the applicable service agreement.

Amounts already billed for the current service period may be non-refundable where the service period has already started.

05

Advance Payments, Deposits and Setup Fees

Certain projects or services may require advance payment, deposit, booking fee, setup fee or initial project fee.

Where a quotation, proposal or agreement identifies any amount as non-refundable, that amount will generally not be refunded after payment, except where required by law or otherwise agreed by MGTC.

Customers should review the applicable quotation or proposal before making payment.

06

Third-Party Costs

Third-party expenses incurred in connection with a customer project are generally non-refundable once purchased or committed. These may include:

  • Domain registrations
  • Hosting
  • Paid plugins
  • Software licenses
  • SaaS subscriptions
  • Advertising spend
  • Email marketing platforms
  • Cloud services
  • APIs
  • Third-party contractors
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Other external services

Where possible, MGTC will identify significant third-party expenses before they are incurred.

07

Ecommerce Order Cancellation

For physical products purchased directly from MGTC, customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery provider, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure after delivery.

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Contact details
  • Reason for cancellation
08

Return Window

Eligible return requests for physical products should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be accepted unless:

  • Required by applicable law
  • Specifically permitted under the product’s terms
  • Approved by MGTC in exceptional circumstances

Customers should contact MGTC promptly after discovering an issue.

09

Eligible Product Returns

Product returns will generally be considered where the customer receives an item that is:

  • Incorrect
  • Damaged
  • Defective

Customers may be asked to provide reasonable evidence such as:

  • Photographs
  • Video
  • Packaging images
  • Order information
  • Description of the issue

MGTC may review the request before authorizing the return.

10

Change-of-Mind Returns

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a product, returns are not generally offered solely because a customer:

  • Changes their mind
  • No longer wants the product
  • Orders the incorrect product without an error by MGTC
  • No longer requires the item

Any exception will be determined by MGTC and applicable consumer-protection requirements.

11

Return Shipping

Where MGTC approves a return because the product supplied was wrong, damaged or defective, MGTC will bear reasonable return-shipping costs or arrange an appropriate return method.

Customers should not send products back without first receiving return instructions from MGTC. Unauthorized return shipments may not be accepted or reimbursed.

12

Condition of Returned Products

Where reasonably possible, returned products should include:

  • Original packaging
  • Accessories
  • Documentation
  • Included components
  • Tags or labels

Customers should take reasonable care of products while a return request is being reviewed. This requirement will not prevent a legitimate claim relating to a defective or damaged product where packaging has necessarily been opened to inspect the item.

13

Refund Approval

Submitting a refund or return request does not automatically guarantee approval. MGTC may review:

  • Order information
  • Service status
  • Project progress
  • Product condition
  • Evidence supplied
  • Payment records
  • Applicable proposal or agreement
  • Third-party costs
  • Applicable legal requirements

Customers will be informed once the request has been reviewed.

14

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, MGTC will generally initiate the refund within 7 business days.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on:

  • Bank
  • Card issuer
  • Payment gateway
  • Payment method
  • Financial institution

These processing times may be outside MGTC’s control.

15

Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

For example, a payment made through a card or supported online payment method will normally be returned through the same payment channel. Alternative refund methods may only be used where technically necessary or otherwise agreed.

16

Razorpay and Payment Providers

Payments on mondalglobal.com may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Refund processing may therefore also depend on the payment provider’s systems, procedures and processing timelines.

MGTC does not control delays caused solely by banks, card networks or payment processors after a refund has been successfully initiated.

17

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a customer believes that they have been charged twice, made a duplicate payment, been charged an incorrect amount or experienced another payment-processing issue, they should contact MGTC with the relevant transaction information.

Verified duplicate or incorrect payments may be refunded after review.

18

Failed Transactions

Where a transaction appears to have failed but funds have been debited, customers should contact us with:

  • Payment reference
  • Transaction date
  • Amount
  • Order or invoice number
  • Relevant supporting information

MGTC may coordinate with the applicable payment provider where necessary to verify the transaction. Where a refund is due after verification, it will be processed accordingly.

19

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact MGTC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Many issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication.

Customers should provide sufficient details about the transaction and the reason for the concern so that MGTC can investigate.

This section does not prevent customers from exercising legitimate rights available through their bank, payment provider or applicable law.

20

Third-Party Marketplace Orders

MGTC may sell products through third-party ecommerce platforms or marketplaces. Orders made through platforms other than mondalglobal.com may be subject to the marketplace’s own:

  • Cancellation policy
  • Return policy
  • Refund policy
  • Shipping policy
  • Dispute process
  • Buyer-protection rules

Where required by the platform, customers should submit their cancellation or return request through the marketplace where the order was placed.

21

Refunds for Customized or Project-Based Services

Professional services may be customized specifically for the customer’s business. This can include:

  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Website development
  • Software development
  • Consulting
  • Marketing setup
  • Automation
  • Technical implementation
  • Other custom work

Because these services involve time and resources dedicated specifically to a client, work already started or completed is generally non-refundable. Any exception will be assessed case-by-case.

22

Project Delays Caused by the Customer

A refund will not ordinarily be granted solely because a project is delayed due to the customer’s failure to provide required:

  • Information
  • Content
  • Access
  • Credentials
  • Approvals
  • Feedback
  • Decisions
  • Payments

Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

23

Cancellation by MGTC

MGTC may cancel an order, project or service where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Fraud concerns
  • Security concerns
  • Non-payment
  • Violation of applicable terms
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions
  • Circumstances preventing reasonable fulfillment

Where MGTC cancels a prepaid order or service without delivering the relevant product or service, an appropriate refund may be issued for amounts eligible for refund.

24

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Refunds for purchases made using a discount, promotional offer or coupon will generally be based on the amount actually paid by the customer.

Promotional value itself is generally not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
